Prevents in-process corrosion on ferrous and non-ferrous metals, even at very low concentrations. Contains no nitrites or silicones.

DESCRIPTION
A multi-task soluble oil metalworking fluid where a variety of cutting tasks are performed. A product for multiple types of tough machining
jobs.
For general purpose metalworking and machining operations such as milling, drilling, turning, cutoff and power sawing and/or grinding. Can also be used in high-pressure uses such as broaching, tapping, reaming and form milling.

• Contains extreme pressure additives combined with lubrication properties which provide
smooth finishes and long tool life.
• Provides cooling and lubrication on light, moderate and heavyduty operations simply by
varying the dilution rate.
• Formulated to effectively control rancid odors and ensure long fluid life and minimize the
need for bacteriostatic additives.
• Provides long-lasting consistent performance and overall cleanliness to systems.
• Safe on all metals. Prevents flash rusting and corrosion on ferrous metals at low
concentrations.
• Contains no nitrite which could combine with certain chemicals to form suspected cancercausing
nitrosamines.
• “Oil In Last (O.I.L.)” Add Zep Lubeze Omni to water to form a stable, milky emulsion. Do
not add water to the fluid. For greater control, use the Zep Model 206 Proportioner to
automatically dilute fluid into system.

Use In Machine Shops For:

Cools, lubricates, and coats parts being machined. Corrosion inhibitors protect metals
during machining and storage. Safe for use on ferrous and nonferrous metals including
aluminum and brass. Contains a bacteriostat to reduce decomposition and reduce
odors. Ideal for use in recirculating systems.
DIRECTIONS:
1. Start with a clean machine and reservoir by first removing old metalworking fluid and
cleaning with Zep Lubeze Sump Cleaner.
2. First add water to system. Then add Zep Lubeze Omni according to chart below.
ALWAYS add product to the water and never the reverse. Oil In Last (O.I.L.)
3. Stir or circulate to ensure thorough mixing before actual use.
RECOMMENDED DILUTIONS
- For light-duty drilling, milling and turning, use at 1:45 (2.2%)
- For medium-duty machining and grinding use at 1:25 (4.0%).
- For heavy-duty reaming, broaching, tapping and sawing, use at 1:15 (6.6%).
